As the joint controllers of the information system, we publish the following data protection statement pursuant to Article 13 and the relevant recitals of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data of the National Assembly of the Slovak Republic and on amendment and supplementation of certain laws.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Purposes of processing personal data are the reasons for which the personal data of data subjects (employees, clients, customers, users) are processed in our information systems on specified legal grounds. The purposes are specifically identified, explicitly stated, and legitimate, and we comply with the principle of lawfulness under Articles 6 and 9 of the Regulation when processing the personal data of data subjects.

Individual Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of processing personal data is fulfilling the employer's obligations related to the employment relationship or similar relationship, including occupational health and safety, staff development, payroll processing, and compliance with the Labour Code and other relevant laws.

2. Economic and Accounting Agenda

Processing of orders, invoices, cash management, warehouse management, and accounting of the organization as per the Accounting Act and related laws.

3. Registry Management

Administration of the registry, including proper record-keeping, disposal of files, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Processing of personal data of clients when ordering services or goods, maintaining client information as per contractual obligations.

5. Legal Relations and Debt Recovery

Management of legal proceedings, representation in legal cases, recovery of debts from debtors, and other legal tasks as per relevant Slovak laws.

Maintaining a database of representatives or employees of suppliers and customers to ensure effective communication.

Processing personal data for the creation and use of a user account on our website.
